This means an account was only partially created and you are now trying to make another new account on the same mobile device (smartphone or tablet). Although the accounts have nothing in common, we are currently dealing with this issue and our development team is working on getting it fixed as soon as possible. Your ZIBRIO BalanceCoach App should prompt you to finish creating the 1st account, then you will be able to create another account if you desire.
