It will depend on how much in your lifestyle has changed in recent days, but as a general guide it is recommended to update it each week. Sometimes it can be helpful to update it more frequently, for example if:

  • you have a bad night's sleep (or a very good one!)
  • you change any of your medications
  • your stress or anxiety level changes
  • you have a bout of allergies 
  • your exercise pattern changes (compared to the week before)


Bear in mind you don't need to go through and answer all the questions again if you only want to update one part of it (for example a new medication), just go in and alter that segment and see what difference it makes to your colors overall.
